Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products/services
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend forecasting
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory changes affecting future business landscapes
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams
