Responsibilities

- Present actionable insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and white papers
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement organizational change initiatives for future-ready operations
- Measure and report on KPIs related to strategic innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, Foresight Practitioner)
