- Mentor a dedicated team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through proprietary predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or climate tech
