As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate shifts in AI, sustainability, and human-computer interaction. Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026-2030 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor presentations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic evolution and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, GIST, etc.)
