Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion in future landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for multiple futures
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate future intelligence into quarterly business planning cycles
- Champion a culture of strategic foresight across all organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Global perspective with cross-cultural analysis capabilities
