Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 implementation
- Monitor and evaluate competitive intelligence in adjacent industries
- Present executive-level insights to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies

- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
