Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term technological trajectories
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future outlooks to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Oversee the integration of foresight methodologies into organizational decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that generated measurable business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic planning (white papers, books, or industry journals)
