- Publish annual '2026 Horizons Report' with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technologies
- Host futurist workshops for clients and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, systems theory, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., TEDx, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
