Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast technological/societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into business planning
- Author executive briefings and future impact assessments for stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats in emerging domains
- Maintain a dynamic '2026 Vision' dashboard for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Executive presentation experience with C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
