Responsibilities

- Produce visionary reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers to maintain cutting-edge foresight capabilities
- Integrate ethical and sustainability considerations into all future projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic challenges
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
