Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with future market demands

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
