Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain dynamic strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across all business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to the board and senior leadership with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
