Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruptions using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams across global offices
- Author quarterly foresight reports on biotech, AI governance, and climate adaptation
- Design innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 workforce evolution
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community of practice
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
