Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future business opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Strong track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
