Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, and climate innovation to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce actionable reports and whitepapers on industry transformation scenarios
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Represent Innovatech at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
- Portfolio of published future-scanning work required
