Responsibilities
- Develop and validate 2026+ scenarios through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight techniques
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Produce annual Horizon Report with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Build predictive algorithms to forecast market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Represent company at global forums on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or advanced trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ predictions with >80% accuracy
- Mastery of Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Expertise in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
