Responsibilities

- Produce annual Future State Reports with market disruption forecasts and opportunity frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for quantum computing and AI advancement
- Present executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities in biotechnology and sustainable energy sectors
- Design organizational resilience strategies for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting with published research in exponential technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Mastery of strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
