- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders on future market transformations
- Build innovation pipelines with 3+ year development horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
