Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify 2026-2030 strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight research into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly 'FutureScan' reports synthesifying global signals into actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts across academia, startups, and policy institutions
- Adv executive leadership boards on emerging risks and disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for client organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
