Our Austin-based innovation hub offers a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside Nobel laureates, serial entrepreneurs, and MIT-affiliated researchers to shape industries that will define the mid-2020s. You'll leverage our proprietary Horizon Scanning Framework to identify paradigm shifts before they enter mainstream consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops with C-suite executives to identify 2026 market inflection points
- Author proprietary whitepapers on quantum computing applications, bio-convergence, and decentralized economies
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technologies with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire pre-seed startups in emerging verticals
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, venture capital, or futurist consulting with proven 2020s foresight
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Behavioral Economics, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully commercialized future-facing technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
