Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies
- mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives to global impact
- Certification in emerging tech foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of published future-tech research or patents
