- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Governance (preferred)
