Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration in enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify 2026 market opportunities and disruptor threats
- Produce trend reports on exponential technologies (synthetic biology, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to prioritize resource allocation for breakthrough innovations
- Design scenario-planning models for global socio-technical shifts
- Mentor junior futurists on horizon scanning methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research on emerging technology impacts (strongly preferred)
