Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and immersive experiences
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders for executive buy-in
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies, measuring ROI and scalability potential
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startup incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in market research and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent program
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences

- MS/MBA in Technology Management, Strategic Planning, or related field preferred
