Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap

- Lead cross-functional teams through the innovation lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for future market disruptions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
