Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes to shape strategic pivots
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M for prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven 5+ year horizon forecasting experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Portfolio showcasing executed long-term tech strategy implementations
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures research
