- Produce foresight reports for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro and Palisade @Risk software
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA/NSF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proof solutions
