- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and product designers
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through compelling business cases
- Monitor 2026 tech disruption vectors and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar institutions
- Published thought leadership in HBR or IEEE Spectrum
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Strong background in scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
