Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead AI/ML development teams in creating adaptive systems for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making
- Develop quantum computing frameworks for next-gen cryptography and simulation modeling
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to design carbon-negative technology infrastructure
- Establish innovation pipelines through strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members using immersive VR presentations
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level complexity
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic engineering
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in AR/VR visualization tools
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
