Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field or Business Strategy
