Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products with 5+ year development horizons
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership content published in industry journals
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future trends and disruption preparedness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in trend visualization and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social drivers of technological change
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions with Fortune 500 companies
