Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
