- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of forward-thinking solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Future Studies with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in strategic planning for emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (white papers, TED Talks, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and innovation management software
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
