As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and venture partners to identify breakthrough opportunities. You'll translate complex technological trends into strategic imperatives, ensuring our organization remains ahead of disruption in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual 2026 Technology Horizon Report with validated market predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping emerging tech to business opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with 2026-focused research institutions and accelerators
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee the Horizon 2026 innovation lab budget and portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review, Future Trends, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Tech Futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
