Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 industry foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design client-specific strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and disruption impact assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-state feasibility and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic progress toward 2026 milestones
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurism consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional recognition
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios or trend analysis work
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
