- Author Horizon's annual 'State of the Future' report with 500K+ audience reach
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent formal training
