Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026's next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Develop audit protocols for bias mitigation in machine learning pipelines
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI-human interaction models
- Author industry white papers on AI governance best practices
- Partner with quantum research teams to establish ethical data encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Published research on AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
