Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 SEO Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, focusing on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and schema markup.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance keyword research, content optimization, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement server-side rendering (SSR) and improve site speed.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO specialists and content creators.
- Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, including the evolution toward AI and semantic search.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Contentful, or custom headless CMS).
