Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative models for predicting technological adoption curves and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Present future-proofing strategies to executive leadership and boards of directors
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and keynote presentations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and executing 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis and predictive analytics
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in Strategic Foresight
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario-planning and risk-mitigation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives with measurable ROI
