Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successful long-term strategic implementation
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Experience with trend analysis tools like Gartner, Forrester, or custom methodologies
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
