- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Councils' to embed foresight into product development and operational planning
- Publish thought leadership content positioning the company as the definitive voice on 2026 paradigms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
