Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and synthesize actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework with quarterly horizon scanning updates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for disruptive technologies
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., APF, CFTE)
