Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Anticipate global megatrends and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, CERN, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive enhancement
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Curate annual 'Future Horizon' conferences shaping industry discourse
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech innovation roles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-AI coevolution
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5-year-ahead technology predictions
- Proficiency in simulation modeling tools (AnyLogic, NetLogo)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodology (AFM) preferred
