Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for strategic alignment
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, metaverse, and sustainable tech trends
- Present executive-level briefings with data-driven future-state projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
