Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations to adapt to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and executive reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
