Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes, technology convergence, and socio-economic shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks across global industries
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making processes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry panels, and media engagements
- Maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist tools, AI-driven analytics, and global trend networks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations with measurable impact
