Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for key industry verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and threats in 2026+ markets
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their commercial implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Manage cross-functional teams executing strategic innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation models
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future trends
