Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026+ solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 executives
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author on disruptive technologies or long-range planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping initiatives
