Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ technological, economic, and cultural trends to inform strategic roadmaps

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into innovation priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent company vision at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide foresight culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
