Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients anticipating industry disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for alternative futures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive audiences
- Advolve cross-functional teams to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for strategic partnerships
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing strategic frameworks for long-term planning
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience working with C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
